I do have the stellaris installed into the c drive even though i usually set it up into the e drive since that holds the most data, but in either one it seems to fail in finding the manually installed mods but is able to find mods that came from steam, which i dont know why it is able to find it but not the manual that were within the same folder.
Can you provide like a visual example of what the problem looks like and of how to fix it, cause im having the same issue where i am having issue having my mods show themselves when they are manually installed for stellaris mod folder, i already tried a couple of things but they have not worked, so i moved all of the manually installed mods into a seperate folder in case i have to delete the entire stellaris folder start the game back up to force it to make a fresh stellaris folder.
